ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
LawSikho is looking for someone who can draft shareholder agreements.
Nature of Job: Remote job, 8 hrs per day, work from anywhere, just get the work done. Please note that we are not hiring freelancers.
Budget – 60k-1 lakh per month.
Selection process – Candidate will be asked to draft a shareholder agreement in a realistic scenario, and will be provided necessary information kit to do so (based on past transaction, not to be used) and then the organization will decide whether to hire the candidate or not based on how well he or she drafts it. This trial task will be unpaid.
