Position: Associate
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 1-2 years in litigation and court proceedings
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters efficiently from start to finish.
- Drafting legal documents, petitions, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and provide sound advice to clients.
- Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in litigation and court proceedings.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and petitions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
