ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
S. Jalan Advocates & Co. is looking for talented individuals to join our team as Junior Associates specializing in Litigation and Documentation.
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2-7 years
Role: Junior Associate (Documentation)
Responsibilities:
– Utilize expertise in drafting legal documents related to real estate transactions, corporate matters, and other areas as required.
– Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and regulations in all documentation.
– Assist in conducting due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
– Liaise with clients to understand their specific legal requirements and provide tailored solutions.
– Work closely with the legal team to contribute to the success of various legal projects.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law and admission to the Bar Council.
– Proven experience of 2-7 years in litigation (for Junior Associate Litigation) or documentation (for Junior Associate Documentation).
– Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
