ABOUT THE ADVOCATE
Advocate Jaimin Dave is a practicing advocate at Gujrat High Court and a member at Young Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration. His office focuses on Corporate and Commercial Litigation. His office has regular appearances before Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, Hon’ble Supreme Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. They also take up Arbitrations on regular basis and associate/ colleague joining him will be expected to deal with arbitration. In addition to this, they also provide advisory services for commercial agreements including Share Purchase Agreement, Share Holders Agreement etc.
