ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a Single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform setup in 2020 having the wide reach of 600k clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need of the Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal as its subsidiary named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Daksha Sharma (Assistant Professor (Law), Assistant Dean, Placement and Alumni Relations, School of Law, Bennett University, The Times Group, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR)
Presently, Ma’am is working as the Assistant Dean IPC and Assistant Professor (Law) at School of Law, Bennett University, The Times Group, Greater Noida, DELHI NCR, India. She is also appointed as an ARBITRATOR at PRASAAR BHARATI, NEW DELHI. As a visiting faculty at DELHI POLICE ACADEMY, RAJINDER NAGAR, New Delhi and the INDIAN LAW INSTITUTE, NEW DELHI, she is regularly delivering lectures on Constitutional Laws, Woman and Child related laws, ADR and Human Rights. Her legal consultation areas include matrimonial laws, woman and child laws, ADR and constitutional laws. With the help of Kailash Hills’ residents, she has laid the foundation of RISING STARS – A COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM AND A SELF- HELP GROUP at KAILASH HILLS, EAST OF KAILASH, New Delhi in 2022 to work on Art. 21 A, RIGHT TO EDUCATION.
