Kushal appears as Counsel before the High Court and also conducts trials before the Sessions Court. Kushal has worked on complicated matters under diverse statutes of criminal law from White Collar Economic Offences such as PMLA to Cyber law to Narcotics. Kushal is also appointed as a Special Public Prosecutor by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the criminal prosecutions filed by them.
