ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Mangal Leela & Associates is hiring a bright and motivated associate to join their legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Pleadings, Motions and other ancillary pleadings;
- Prepare and Appear before MM, City Civil Courts, Revenue and High Court;
- Assist with Case Management; and
- Provide complete office assistance.
- All work to be undertaken by Associate
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years experience in Litigation | Recent Graduate;
- Sanad with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa or in process of applying for Sanad;
- Understanding of Civil Procedure Code and Important Civil Laws;
- Excellent Oratory, Written and Presentation Skills;
- Team collaborator
Location: Mumbai
Office Operations: Fort and Borivali
Salary: as per industry standards and subject to performance
Preferred Candidates: Mumbai based
Joining: September 2024
