Adv. Pallav Mongia is looking for an Associate for his office in Nizamuddin East, New Delhi.
Role and responsibility: Work pertains to commercial matters before various fora like Commercial Courts, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, Arbitration Tribunals and miscellaneous matters (criminal, civil, commercial and service) in Supreme Court.
Requirements: Candidates with experience of 1-3 years can apply. Command over English (written and oral) is non-negotiable. Candidate must be adept at legal research and drafting of pleadings.
