ABOUT JUS CORPUS
Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 6 lacs clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & the ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. Kanakshi Nema (Assistant Professor of Law, UPES, Dehradun)
Ms. Kanakshi Nema serves as an Assistant Professor (Law) at UPES, Dehradun, specializing in taxation law. She completed her B.Com from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi and then pursued her LL.B from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She completed her LL.M., with a specialization in technology and law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
Ms. Nema has a robust background in technology and cyber laws, complemented by significant research and teaching experience. She has presented her work at prestigious conferences, addressing critical issues in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and sustainable energy law. Her professional journey includes research roles, internships with legal and governmental organizations, and hands-on experience in tax compliance and legal drafting.
