- 1-2 years PQE in Corporate/M&A with a reputed law firm
- Expertise in legal due diligence, drafting agreements, corporate advisory, FEMA advisory, and compliance
- Strong drafting and communication skills
Associate – Direct Tax (New Delhi Office)
- 1-2 years PQE in Direct Tax Litigation and Advisory
- Experience in income tax litigation, drafting submissions and petitions, assisting senior counsel, and conducting research
- Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant or Law Degree from a reputed institute
