About the Opportunity
The firm is inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate to join its litigation team. The position offers exposure to a broad spectrum of legal work, including Commercial and Civil litigation, Criminal laws, and Banking laws.
Eligibility Criteria
- Position: Senior Associate
- Experience: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Location: New Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation at the Supreme Court, High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, Trial Courts, and other Tribunals and Judicial Forums.
- Drafting legal documents, including SLPs, Appeals, Petitions, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, etc.
- Representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Delhi.
- Providing legal opinions and independently making decisions.
- Maintaining strong oral and written communication skills.
Location: New Delhi
Salary: Remuneration will be as per industry standards.
