About the Opportunity
Kirit P. Mehta School of Law is seeking experienced visiting faculty members for various law subjects at their Vile Parle, Mumbai campus. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to the academic growth of law students while sharing their expertise in specialized areas of law.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: LLB and LLM.
- Preferred Qualification: NET (National Eligibility Test).
- Experience in teaching or expertise in the listed subjects is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Teaching law subjects in the following areas:
- Private International Law
- Banking and Insurance
- Law Relating to Customs & Customs Tariff
- Foreign Direct Trade and Investment
- Direct Taxation with Respect to Business
- International Criminal Law
- Emerging Areas of Criminal Jurisprudence
- Comparative Criminal Procedure
- Conducting classes 3-4 days a week from 7:30 AM to 12:40 PM or 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, depending on the subject.
