Core Competencies
- Experience in General Corporate Advisory and Corporate Commercial Transactions, including M&A and Private Equity.
- In-depth knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI, RBI Regulations, and Employment & Labour Laws.
- Exposure to handling compliance work for companies.
- Strong legal drafting skills and attention to detail.
