Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Media and Entertainment Team. The role involves providing legal services related to intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, and media-related legal issues.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on various aspects of intellectual property law, particularly in the media and entertainment sector.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to media, entertainment, and intellectual property.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and manage disputes related to IPR.
- Assist in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights.
- Stay updated on developments in media law and intellectual property rights.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of PQE in intellectual property law, preferably in the media and entertainment sector.
- Strong understanding of copyright, trademark, and related IPR laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle legal matters independently and effectively manage client relationships.
