Position: Associate Trainee

Eligibility Criteria
(i) A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
(ii) Keen interest in commercial litigation, disputes, insolvency, white-collar crime, and corporate advisory.
(iii) Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks responsibly.
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(v) Effective communication and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
(i) Assisting in drafting pleadings, contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing case summaries.
(iii) Supporting senior associates in handling litigation and advisory matters.
(iv) Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure mandate deadlines are met.
(v) Contributing to strategy development for legal disputes and advisory mandates.
