About the Opportunity

Role: Associate Lawyer
Location: Bengaluru (on-site role; remote work is not an option)
Experience Level: 1-2 years with a reputable law firm or boutique firm

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in corporate advisory and transactional work related to general corporate law and PE/VC deals.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements such as shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice to clients on corporate matters.
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Candidate Requirements

1. 1. Education:
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year program) from a recognized institution.
   2. Experience:
      • 1-2 years of relevant experience in General Corporate Law or PE/VC.
      • Previous employment with a reputable law firm or boutique firm is essential.
   3. Skills:
      • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
      • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
