Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Law students with a strong interest in IP law.
- Skills and Requirements:
- Familiarity with key provisions of the TM Act, 1999 and TM Rules, 2017 (required for the interview).
- Strong conceptual clarity and exceptional writing skills.
- Preference may be given to candidates with prior IP internship experience.
