Role Description
- Handling Family Law Matters:
You will be responsible for managing family law cases, such as divorce, child custody, inheritance disputes, domestic violence, adoption, and other family-related legal issues.
- Client Consultation and Interaction:
You will sit with clients to understand their stories and legal needs. You will be required to assess their concerns and determine the best legal approach. This involves active listening, empathy, and a strategic mindset to help clients navigate complex family law matters.
- Legal Document Preparation:
You will prepare legal documents, petitions, affidavits, and other necessary paperwork related to family law cases. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical when preparing these documents, as they will be used in court proceedings or negotiations.
- Analytical Skills for Case Evaluation:
You will need to use your analytical skills to assess family law cases. This includes researching relevant laws, precedents, and applicable legal provisions to develop a comprehensive understanding of each case and ensure the best legal strategy is devised.
- Effective Client Communication:
Clear and effective communication is vital in family law. You will need to explain legal concepts in an understandable way, provide advice, and keep clients informed throughout the legal process.

Qualifications Required
- Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice. Experience with handling family law disputes, divorce cases, child custody matters, etc., is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in litigation, mediation, and negotiation are encouraged to apply.
