Scalene Livprotec is hiring interns for its In-House Legal Team (Intellectual Property Law) in Bangalore. This internship program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, allowing students to contribute meaningfully to company projects while gaining insights into the corporate legal environment.
About the Internship
This in-office internship is ideal for law students interested in Intellectual Property Law and corporate legal practices. It provides hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and analysis within a corporate setting.
Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Law Students: Currently in the 3rd year or later of a 5-year integrated law course.
- Research & Analytical Skills: Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Independent & Team Work: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills.
Responsibilities
Interns will be required to:
- Conduct legal research and draft representations.
- Assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
- Contribute meaningfully to company projects while honing legal writing skills.
- Create and refine content focused on legal topics.
- Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Onsite Internship)
Duration: One Month
