About the Opportunity
Pocket FM is offering a paid legal internship for law students seeking hands-on experience in the media and technology industry. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on real legal matters, including content licensing, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. The position is remote, with the option to work from our office if preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th or 5th-year student in a 5-year law program OR
- 2nd or 3rd-year student in a 3-year law program
- Minimum commitment: 3 months (remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research & Drafting: Assist with legal matters related to content licensing, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property
- Document Review: Support the drafting and review of contracts and internal policies
- Collaboration: Work closely with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of legal tasks

- Strong written and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate legal issues clearly
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
