ABOUT JUS CORPUS
Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 6 lacs clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & the ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. Smeeksha Pandey (Assistant Professor of Law, Amity Law School, Mumbai)
Ma’am is presently serving as an Assistant Professor in Amity Law School , Mumbai. She has completed her under-graduation i.e. BA.LLB (Hons) Specialization in IPR from Amity Law School, Noida. Afterwards, she went on to practice in Indore High Court. She did her Masters in IPR from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. She has also pursued Certified Courses in POSH from IALM Delhi, Courses from Harvard Edx on Justice and Children’s Rights.
She has also pursued Masters in International and Commercial Dispute Resolution , University of Westminster. She holds 3 years experience in the field of litigation and has conducted over 30 sessions on various socio legal issues in the past years.
She is actively doing Counselling and Mediation in Association with Online Alternate Dispute Resolution Platforms. She has also headed the Jabalpur District Lok Adalat as District Core organised by SAMA Online ADR Platform. Further, she got an opportunity to train police officials about the online alternative dispute resolution under the pilot project of SAMA Lok Adalat taking place in Madhya Pradesh.
