Internship Details
- Location: C-57, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi-110014
- Internship Period: March 2025 and onwards
- Mode: In-office
- Duration: Preference will be given to candidates available for a longer duration
Roles & Responsibilities
Interns will be actively involved in various aspects of legal work, including:
- Conducting in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and precedents
- Assisting in drafting petitions, written submissions, counter affidavits, briefing notes, and other legal documents
- Observing and participating in court proceedings to understand the practical aspects of litigation
- Assisting in case preparation, including document review and file management
- Supporting senior advocates in client consultations and case strategy discussions
This internship is particularly beneficial for students aspiring to pursue a career in litigation, as it provides exposure to real-world legal practice.
Eligibility Criteria
- For 3-year LLB students: 2nd and 3rd-year students
- For 5-year integrated LLB students: 3rd, 4th, and 5th-year students
Candidates with prior experience in litigation will be given preference. Additionally, applicants willing to intern for an extended duration will also be preferred.
Skills Required
