About the Internship
Codemo is currently inviting applications for the position of Research Analyst Intern. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in Pune, Maharashtra, offering a hands-on experience in real-time political and policy research.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on government schemes, public policies, and political developments
- Analyze political and socio-economic trends at both state and national levels
- Support the creation of research briefs, client presentations, and policy decks
- Collect and synthesize field insights and media reports
- Track developments across media and government sources
- Prepare detailed documentation in Hindi and English
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic background in Political Science, Public Policy, or related fields
- Strong research and writing skills in both Hindi and English
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic research tools
- Demonstrated interest in current affairs, media, and governance
Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹30,000 per month
- Tenure: 2–3 Months
- Mode: Work From Office
