ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
AKS Partners is seeking interns for an Assessment Internship.
Duration: upto 6 months
Eligibility: Students currently pursuing their studies in the final year of a 5-year degree course or in their final year in a 3-year degree course, or those who have recently completed their LLB from recognized colleges.
Roles and Responsibility:
Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct corporate/ real estate due diligences.
Analyze and summarize complex legal information.
Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
Participate in conferences and client meetings (as required).

Location: New Delhi
