About the Internship
AMS Legal is seeking legal interns to assist in the research and compilation of a legal digest, both online and offline. This internship provides law students and young legal professionals with an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research and writing.
Eligibility
(i) Students in their 3rd year or later of a 5-year integrated law course.
(ii) Strong research and analytical skills.
(iii) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills.
Responsibilities
(i) Conducting legal research and drafting representations to effect change.
(ii) Assisting with legal analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
(iii) Contributing to legal writing projects while honing writing skills.
(iv) Creating and refining legal content.
(v) Collaborating with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing research and administrative support.
(vi) Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements under legal team guidance.
(vii) Supporting the legal team in various tasks and projects as assigned.
(viii) Preparing comprehensive research reports and summaries.
