About the Chambers
The Chambers of Advocate Niharika Ahluwalia, Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, is a leading legal practice with a focus on handling litigation matters before a variety of forums including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, Debt Recovery Tribunals, and various District Courts of Delhi. About the Internship
Duration: January 2025
This internship is an excellent opportunity for law students and recent graduates to gain exposure to prestigious litigation cases and understand the intricacies of judicial processes. Interns will assist in case research, drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and working alongside skilled professionals in high-profile matters.
Eligibility Criteria
(i) Law students (preferably from 2nd year onwards) or recent law graduates.
(ii) A keen interest in litigation and legal research.
(iii) Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
(iv) Good research, drafting, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
(i) Research: Conducting legal research on various matters related to the cases handled by the chambers.
(ii) Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal documents, case summaries, and other correspondence.
(iii) Court Visits: Attending hearings in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other tribunals.
(iv) Case Management: Assisting in case preparation, strategy development, and reviewing legal arguments.
