About the Internship
- Practice Areas: Commercial and Civil Litigation
- Exposure:
- Drafting and filing of legal documents, pleadings, and affidavits
- Legal research on statutes, case laws, and precedents
- Attending court hearings across various forums, including the High Court, Civil Courts, Tribunals, and Regulatory Forums
- Assisting in strategizing legal approaches and client consultations
Duration
- Minimum commitment of 3 months
Eligibility
- Law students currently pursuing LL.B. or higher (preferably in their penultimate or final year)
- Strong academic background and keen interest in litigation
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Ability to commit to the required tenure
