Key Responsibilities
As a legal intern at M&A Law Offices, you will:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide support to counsels in drafting legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of motions, pleadings, writs, briefs, and other legal materials.
- Review, analyze, and summarize case law and legal articles relevant to ongoing cases and matters.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Strong written and oral communication skills to articulate legal concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., SCC Online, Manupatra, or similar platforms).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting and editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for reviewing and managing PDF documents.
