Key Responsibilities
As a Law Intern, you will work closely with legal and compliance teams to support various functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Drafting & Review: Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Legal Research & Compliance: Conducting research on corporate laws, SEBI guidelines, RBI regulations, and other financial laws.
- Trusteeship & Legal Services: Assisting the team in managing trusteeship-related legal matters, due diligence, and compliance checks.
- Client Support: Handling client queries related to legal and regulatory aspects of investment and financial services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial and securities laws applicable to trusteeship services.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
- Skills Required: Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities.
