About the Chamber of Bharat Chugh
The Chamber of Bharat Chugh is a distinguished legal practice led by Bharat Chugh, a former judge and a leading advocate specializing in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, arbitration, criminal law, and constitutional law. The chamber is known for its in-depth legal research, strategic litigation, and commitment to excellence in advocacy. This internship presents an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical experience in litigation and legal advisory work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to:
- Conduct thorough legal research on various legal issues.
- Assist in drafting petitions, pleadings, legal opinions, and research notes.
- Observe and analyze court proceedings and arbitration hearings.
- Summarize judgments and relevant case laws.
- Participate in discussions on legal strategy and case preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to law students (preferably in their 3rd year or above of a 5-year program, or 2nd year or above of a 3-year program).
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Interest in litigation, arbitration, constitutional law, and criminal law.
- Ability to work in a rigorous and fast-paced legal environment.
Location: Defence Colony, Delhi
