We are offering 2-3 paid internship positions for a 21-day remote internship with Adv. Hiya Prakash. This internship provides a unique chance for law students to engage in legal matters related to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace) and Public Interest Litigation (PIL), gaining practical and valuable experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on POSH and workplace harassment laws.
- Assist in drafting legal documents related to the above focus areas.
- Contribute insights into the challenges and legal complexities surrounding sexual harassment laws.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- BALLB/BBA LLB students in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year.
- LLM students with a strong interest in gender rights, workplace law, and advocacy.
- Skills and Experience:
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- A demonstrated interest in gender rights and workplace law is preferred.
