The office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma is based in the High Court of Delhi, one of India’s highest courts. Justice Sharma is known for his profound expertise in Criminal Law and his involvement in several significant cases over his distinguished career. Interning here offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced judicial professional and gain deep insights into the workings of the Indian judiciary, particularly in the field of criminal law. Students will have the chance to observe court proceedings, assist in legal research, and develop practical skills related to case preparation, legal drafting, and courtroom etiquette.
Important Details
- Non-Assessment Internship: This internship is for experience and exposure; it does not include an assessment component.
- Eligibility:
- 4th and 5th-year students in the five-year LLB program
- 2nd and 3rd-year students in the three-year LLB program
