ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
UNESCO – the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was founded on 16 November 1945. For this specialized United Nations agency, it is not enough to build classrooms in devastated countries or to publish scientific breakthroughs. Education, Social and Natural Science, Culture and Communication are the means to a far more ambitious goal: to build peace in the minds of women and men.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
UNESCO’s Regional Office based in New Delhi is looking for interns who are enthusiastic with a strong commitment to promoting social inclusion, human rights, and sustainable development through sports. Candidates with backgrounds in sports management, international development, gender studies, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
As an intern, the candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with UNESCO’s team, gaining valuable experience in project management, research, advocacy, and capacity-building efforts.
