Role Overview
As part of our expanding team, you will be working on high-profile commercial litigation and construction arbitration cases, dealing with complex legal issues and resolving disputes for clients across a variety of industries. Our team is committed to excellence, and we are seeking professionals who can handle demanding legal work with precision and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Principal Associate: Lead and manage a team of associates, provide strategic guidance to clients, and oversee complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
- Senior Associate: Work on substantial commercial and construction disputes, prepare legal briefs, and represent clients in hearings and negotiations.
- Associate: Assist in researching legal issues, drafting documents, supporting senior associates and principal associates in case preparation, and managing client interactions.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience:
- Principal Associate: 7+ years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Senior Associate: 4-6 years of experience in handling complex legal cases.
- Associate: 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
- Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills; ability to work under pressure; excellent communication skills; and a proactive approach to case management.
- Qualifications: Law degree from a recognized institution. Additional certifications or expertise in commercial litigation or construction arbitration is a plus.
