About the Opportunity
Designation: Long-term Interns & Assessment Interns
Location: New Delhi & Remote (Both Options Available)
Eligibility Criteria
(i) Students pursuing LLB, BBA, MBA, or B.Com degrees.
(ii) Strong interest in international business laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
(i) Conduct market research to identify potential clients in North America, APAC, and MENA regions.
(ii) Research international business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks relevant to clients’ industries and jurisdictions.
(iii) Identify potential international clients and analyze their legal needs and preferences.
(iv) Engage in outreach activities to establish and maintain communication with international clients.
(v) Draft briefs, memos, and correspondence outlining legal considerations, implications, and recommendations for international business transactions.
