This role is ideal for newly graduated legal professionals seeking to build a career in litigation under the mentorship of experienced attorneys.
Eligibility Criteria
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
(ii) Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of litigation experience.
(iii) Interest in insolvency, civil, commercial, and criminal litigation.
(iv) Strong legal research and analytical skills.
(v) Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
(i) Assisting senior lawyers in drafting pleadings, petitions, agreements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court hearings and supporting case strategy development.
(iv) Coordinating with clients to gather relevant case information and manage updates.
(v) Ensuring timely completion of filings and compliance with court procedures.
