ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
The office of Dr. Vijay Kumar Choudhary (Ex-Judge) Advocate is hiring a Law Associate.
Role and responsibility:
As a Law Associate specializing in litigation, candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the litigation process. Candidate’s duties will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
Assisting with case preparation, including organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining case files.
Collaborating with attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and tactics.
Attending court hearings, trials, and depositions as required.
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
