Classplus is looking for an Assistant Manager – Legal
Requirements:
Has expertise in managing mergers & acquisitions, litigation, dispute resolution, and crisis management, including intellectual property and commercial issues.
Has working knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and FEMA
Has excellent communication and drafting skills
Manages complex legal projects
Adapts to changing environment in a multi-jurisdictional context
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Noida
