ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
DMD Advocates is hiring Corporate lawyers (Transaction).
Location: Mumbai office.
Positions and PQE:
- Senior/ Principal Associate (PQE of 5-8 years)
- Associates (PQE of 3-5 years’)
Expected skills/ experience:
– Corporate law work with experience in M&A and PE transactions.
– Should have worked on due diligences and documentation.
– Should be good at drafting, should speak and write English well.
– Firm expects the candidate to have worked largely in law firms.
– Should be able to work independently, deal with clients confidently.
