ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
DSK Legal is hiring for post of Senior Associate to be a key player in its General Corporate, M&A, and PE/VC team in New Delhi.
Requirements:
- Experienced Professional: 4+ years advising on PE, VC, M&A, and general corporate matters.
- Industry Enthusiast: Inclined towards upcoming sectors like healthcare and technology.
- Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Proactive: Conduct legal due-diligences, draft transaction documents, and exhibit digital law expertise.
Role and Responsibility:
- Key Advisor: Play a vital role in PE, VC, and M&A transactions.
- Due Diligence Leader: Manage end-to-end legal due diligence exercises with client interaction.
- Document Guru: Assist in drafting and negotiating various commercial documents.
- Tech/Digital Law Advocate: Stay abreast of technology law developments for client advocacy.
