ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Economic Laws Practice is looking to hire a Senior Associate for its Real Estate (Litigation) team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the firm’s real estate – litigation team in all aspects of legal practice, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and attending court hearings, and client meetings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various legal issues related to real estate related litigation cases.
- Draft pleadings, and other legal documents related to litigation matters.
- Prepare trial and hearing documents and trial exhibits.
- Attend court hearings and other proceedings.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively & prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
Qualification : LLB
