ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
End to End Advisors LLP is looking for experienced professionals to join their team:
- Company Secretary
– Minimum 2 years of experience in managing company compliance, especially for foreign incorporations.
– Skilled in conducting board and shareholder meetings and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
– Experience in assisting listed entities.
- Lawyers
– Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters.
– Background in foreign company incorporation, corporate governance, and advising listed entities.
– Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory issues, and legal advisory.
