About the Opportunity
Role: Junior Associate & Associate – Real Estate Practice
Location: Kolkata
Experience Level: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret Deeds of Conveyance and other title-related documents in both Bengali and English.
- Draft comprehensive title devolution documents.
- Collaborate with clients to provide solutions for real estate legal issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate legal practice.
- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Bengali and English for reading and understanding legal documents.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities for title scrutiny and devolution drafting.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving title-related issues.
