ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring a Senior Associate for their Real Estate (Due Diligence) Team.
PQE: 5-7 years of PQE experience.
Location: This is a full-time role of Senior Associate at the firm’s Delhi-NCR office.
Note: Kindly note this is a Non-Litigation post.
Job Description:
The Job Description includes but not limited to:
- Carrying out Title Due Diligence with respect to real estate on PAN India basis and drafting of appropriate report.
- Having proficient knowledge of land laws, applicable building bye laws, stamp act, Registration act and other auxiliary laws of different states.
- Ensuring implementation of Real Estate transaction strategy, policies, and guidelines, negotiating and finalising deeds and documents in order to provide standardized, high quality real estate transaction services.
- Drafting and vetting of various legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Providing Advisory, legal opinions and carrying out legal research on applicable Real Estate laws.
- Calculation and determination of applicable stamp duty on various types of conveyance deed as per respective applicable state laws.
- Acts as liaison between Company Attorneys, External Counsel, Organizations and concerned Government departments.
