Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have relevant experience in one of the following practice areas:
- Capital Markets
- Experience: 1-6 years PQE
- Location: Mumbai, Delhi
- Transactions
- Experience: 3-7 years PQE
- Location: Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai
- Real Estate
- Experience: 3-7 years PQE
- Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai
- Taxation (Direct Tax)
- Experience: 4-7 years PQE
- Location: Delhi NCR
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice and support in respective practice areas.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and other legal documents.
- Handling client interactions and managing cases or transactions independently or as part of a team.
- Staying updated on legal developments relevant to the practice area.
Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai (varies by practice area).
Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
