Position: Associate/Senior Associate
Location: Mumbai
Post Qualification Work Experience: 4+ years.
Skill set required:
The candidates applying for this role must possess the following skill set:
– Capability to run M&A transactions and due diligence exercises.
– Domain and regulatory knowledge governing Energy and Infrastructure projects.
– PQE: 4 years and above in law firms / in-house counsel in energy and infrastructure sector preferred.
