ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Kay & Partners is looking for a motivated Legal Associate to enhance their Banking & Finance compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and scrutinizing legal notices and replies with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of the legal frameworks in the Banking & Finance sector.
Work closely with clients to accurately understand their needs and ensure that their requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
Supervision and management of a team dedicated to our Banking & Finance clients.
Management of MIS on weekly & monthly basis.
Qualifications:
Law graduate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Banking & Finance sector.
Familiarity with SARFAESI Act 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Act, and Negotiable Instruments Acts etc and other relevant banking laws.
Strong drafting, client management, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
Location: Sector-2, Noida.
