About the Opportunity
Position: Legal Intern
Location: Mumbai (Physical Internship – Immediate Joining)
Eligibility Criteria
(i) Students in their penultimate or final year of law studies are preferred.
(ii) Must possess strong drafting and legal research skills, with proficiency in using online legal databases.
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
(iv) Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to apply legal acumen effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
(i) Drafting legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research.
(iii) Assisting in court proceedings.
(iv) Coordinating with clients and managing related tasks.
Firm’s Expertise
(i) Litigation before High Court, NCLT, Sessions and District Courts, DRT.
(ii) Direct and indirect taxation matters, including GST.
(iii) Real estate, IPR, and both criminal and civil matters.
