We are seeking an Associate to join our Litigation Team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about litigation and eager to work on diverse legal matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- PQE: 0-1 years
- Qualification: LLB (preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council)
Location: Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
Mode of Work: Offline/In-Office
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents, including commercial suits, civil suits, writ petitions, trademark, copyright, and design cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, and First Appeals against Orders.
- Managing deadlines and ensuring court compliances are met.
- Preparing legal notices, responses to notices, and related documents.
- Conducting in-depth legal research using platforms like SCC and Manupatra.
- Interacting with and coordinating with clients.
- Representing cases in Delhi District Courts and the High Court of Delhi, including arguments, briefing seniors, and assisting in mediation processes.
- Understanding procedural aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
