Role Overview
As a Legal Associate specializing in IPR, you will play a critical role in managing and executing cases related to intellectual property law. We are looking for someone with:

Key Responsibilities
- Handling IPR-related cases, from filing to litigation support
- Conducting thorough legal research on intellectual property law
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assisting in client consultations and offering insightful legal guidance
- Staying updated on IPR regulations and emerging trends within the field
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), ideally with a focus on trademarks, patents, copyrights, or related areas.
- Education: Law degree from a recognized institution; additional certifications or coursework in IPR is a plus.
- Skills:
- Analytical abilities: Capable of identifying and addressing nuanced issues in IPR.
- Attention to detail: Able to handle documentation and casework with high accuracy.
- Proactive approach: Motivated to manage cases independently and provide strategic input where needed.
